    Hi,

    Im thinking of getting this lens for indoor events and just hope some users of this lens here can link me to your photos taken by this lens?

    Esp weddings and indoor photoshoots?

    yeah..i did thats y after seeing all discussions, i want to see more photos taken by that lens and judge by myself. Particular into wedding and indoor photoshoots coz that's what i want to use it for.

    gerald, you forget.. even if people show you low light shots, there will be user error.

    a VC user, if never handhold properly, might produce shakey shots, compared to non-VC user with steady hands and proper stance.

    I dun tink its practical to rent if i want to shoot regularly..might as well buy one. But i cant afford 17-55 as what u said, so tamron is my next best option.

    Gerald, why not consider a 2nd hand 17-55? Prob can get it for abt 1.3k, while a new 17-50VC would cost from 950+? Just a thought la.
