interesting contrast in postures between the man in blue (with arms akimbo), and the human figure on the "step-up" instruction signboard. kinda curious though about the 3 stops of negative exposure compensation required despite using the spot meter.

i believe he means the WB daylight -3 not ev compensation. no reason for spot to - 3stop in my popint of view.
