Default Trying to improve on shooting gigs

Some pix I took at a gig called HeartRock. Feel that the color kinda washed out by the flash. Any comments greatly appreciated.

Hi

Just went to another gig yesterday. Tried the ISO400, 800. But the image become really grainny. Hmmmm... so I revert to ISO200 but set the apperture to around 3.5 and the shuttle around 1/90. Is there anything that I should do to the flash? I mean there are like quite a few controls but dont know which will make it better.

Ah, there's this Fill and Back-sync. Any idea?

Anyway, will try until it comes out right.

Shot these today with Minolta 7Hi without flash. 1/45, 3.5 and ISO 800. Feel like there's some purple on the photo overall Any suggestions?
