    Hi Joeman ,Use manal ,ISO 640-800 but sometime 1600 ,speed 1/15-1/60 ,auto WB .Set you flash 1/1-1/8 with bounce card.

    Just shoot in raw and set your camera to P mode. Bump the iso to an acceptable level if you do not want to use flash. I did that for tricky light situations like this. You wont have time to fiddle with the manual settings. As what i have read, manual settings are used usually in controlled studio environment.
    Your pictures speaks for you, not your camera.
