    Hi,

    Should I post or search under underwater photo section? Need to do some research on how to take this kind of photo.

    It's taken at "Sentosa underwater world" but not underwater with waterprove casing .

    Welcome. Too much blackness in your photo. Probably have to use several flashes with their heads flat against the glass.
