Default Resize photos into 3R

Hi all,

Have a prob here, still can't figure out. Currently I have a photo size 1600 x 1200. I'd like to
1) resize the whole picture and print it out on a 4R photo paper but want the picture to be in 3R size. How can I go about it?

2) Now when I try to crop my picture into 3 by 5 inch, part of the shoulder will be cut off. I tried resizing here and there, and then crop again, the shoulder is still cut off. How can I crop the picture, and yet can still fit the picture nicely into a 4R paper? Without part of the shoulder being cut off?

Thanks for all advise.

A 4R is a 1.5 ratio ie 4x6 as for a 3R it is not a 1.5 ratio. So what you need to do is crop it to a 1.5 ratio then ask the shop to print 4R.

Hi,

1) Add a sufficient border to your 3R so that the whole photo is in 4R.

2) No solution unless you distort the photo.

Cheers!
