    For the general knowledge, there are many CEOs (including many of our MM, ministers and MPs) who actually work and read standing up ....
    IMO, this should be a very good practice to follow for those who sit for many hours a day ...

    I had consulted with Dr Wong (Orthopaedic Surgeon) from Raffles Hospital, just another reference for you. I also bought an Inversion Table one that allows you to flip yourself upside down letting gravity pull your back straight, a good expensive firm mattress with a latex layer for comfort is worth the investment... heck it's your back, so take good care of it.
