At least u still feel it, so it's a privilege to be able to feel.

Life is just too short to be able to feel.

individual self limitations are diff, self control too, it just own "mind talk". Sometime it just happen in split seconds yet some might regret when they chosen it but it's too late to rewind........

Sometime it not the courage, it's cos one still can bear that pain. Once it slip off that's it......

it just all "own mind game", it really depend on one how well they can enjoy the dwell till its get well.

It's a "special energy" where one's mind can lead them to something that one can never tot off and it just happen on that particular moment. So treasure the agony where it teach one to be learnt.

if it is mental and emotional pain,

throw yourself into things. work, hobbies, whatever.

    Let me explain....

Your spiritual life is more important than your
physical life because it will last forever without
    any pain.

Your life on this physical world is a gift from
the Almighty, however it is only temporary, often
troubled by sickness, endless pain into aging,
broken and thrown into poverty and even divorce
if you are married. In the end it is not so a
distance of inevitable death coming slowly.

Why not get into a relationship that has a much
more stronger union and be freed from all pain,
    death and suffering?

This is one of life's privilage if you know of
    the possibility.

    and you know this because.................

what if it ends with just blackness, instead of a light?

You cannot buy time with money, but you don't
    need money to buy pain.

All sufferings are part of the human physical life.
To get out of it, you have to be born again and be
rewarded into a different perspective of service and
position where you are free from natural human body
    disaster including mental torture.

Or worse, what if your spiritual life will last forever with a lot of pain?

life’s greatest privilege is to be part of it.
