    Me too, going to shoot Taippusam this sat, but not sure at which area is the best
    spot along the road to shoot.As this is my first time shoot Taipusam ..

    Inside the temple is best since can capture the whole piercing process. More dramatic.
    Not sure if going tmrw since lots of "photographers" at events these days.

    But the earlier the better. Also, 50mm and above recommended for isolation since it's obviously crowded and you don't want to get in the way of the piercing assistants. Used the 135 last year and got cut off most of the time. Good for head shots though.
