Caution, it needs batteries too. Woe to you if you leave them behind.

Actually, you both missed the worst part out. Believe it or not, it requires a photographer too before it will take pictures. Sad isn't it?

And if you want better pictures, you need to get a better photographer too.

You're lucky.. I dismantled the back and took out that stupid LCD that doesn't let me preview before shooting and tried to load film in, seems like it only takes MF, cos the side there got 1 hole, think you can try slotting it in there.

You mean $2100 does not come with a photographer to do "everything" for you?

In MHO, this is thread is not good for those newbies who come to his form to get some info or learn things from those expercienced photogags.

All of us are not aware of everything, there are things u learn from experience or mistakes...

This kind of Posts may discourage newbies from posting there ignorant questions in fear of getting rediculed...

Thanks

I am very Happy with D70

I have 5 cams and D70 is my latest. I never tried to open any doors nor press any of those d**n buttons in any of my cam. I just put it around my neck when ever I go out. If the sun is Hot or there is this crowd, I just cover my face with it.

I am very Happy with D70

Come on, it's meant to be a joke. But I think we better stop before the moderators come in, we are now posting in the Nikon forum and not Kopitiam.

Again, I believe there is no ignorant or stupid questions, only "lazy" questions. Ask if one don't know or need to know something, but before asking, there are always avenues to find the answers before asking. Eg, Google, FAQs, stickies, etc.

But again, we are humans, and we are lazy, we always want to find quick answers.

Well, there are generally three kinds of newbies; the smart, the slow, the slow trying to act smart. The first pick up very quickly, the second I'm always glad to help, and the third are normally flamebait.

I've always said this: I don't care what equipment you use, what your skill level is, or if you're slow to learn; but have a bad attitude, and you're forum flambe.
