Nice composition and bokeh, but I find that the subject was not properly lighted in fact i find it slightly underexposed. Did you flash?

No flash. After walk 5km to the site and then walk another 5km back out, I am not keen to take out the flash and tripod. Because the fly is so well behaved, I decided to give it a quick portrait and then hurry down to AH to shoot butterflies.
