Install CCTV camera in your bedroom, may be this guy is attacking your right foot, to disable it so you cannot run away, so he can take his time ...

You have to figure out what's wrong, is it because of running? New shoes etc. Alcohol poison can also cause blistering. Will serious ones are diabetic.

    2) how do u remove dead (thick) skin on your foot?[/QUOTE]

Thick skin forming on the sole are due to constant pressure on foot and/or the area is subjected to abrasion. Ladies wearing high heals, heavy weight people, slippers, boots and bare footer are very prone to this. Thickening will result in cracking and ugly foot
You can visit the food spa to file it away but must find a good cushion shoe to elevate the pressure, else the problem will soon come back as the skin attempts to support the pressure. Diabetic people may also show such symptom.

    Wah!

If get rid properly, and it regenerates over 6-9 hours sleep, it sounds possibly serious and time to visit a dermatologist.

Go to polyclinic and see if can get doc to give you referral to National Skin Center. If ask outright might have higher consult fees.

Looks like your case need special investigation by a specialist physician... might be some underlying medical issue or might be nothing but don't take risks lah when it relates to health.

Guess this is the nearest-related thread i can post in.

Recently (actually 2months ago) was out for a shoot, twisted my knee while i was on the floor and carrying heavy stuffs. Pain pain pain for these 2 months, went see ortho spec, was told a suspect meniscus tear. Can either do an MRI to confirm, or go for physiotherapy see if situation improves or surgery direct where they do a scope to see injury and treatment on the spot (repair, remove, trim meniscus). Of course can do MRI then surgery bah.

We are talking about costs here. sigh. MRI is about 300+ (quoted) and can't use medisave. surgery also a day surgery.. insurance limited help. Does physio help at all? Or waste of time (as mentioned to me by a nurse friend), should just spend that $ for MRI then surgery?

TS, hope you don't mind me posting here?
    Licence to shoot.

Abrasion blisters are like scalded blister. If the blister in deep flush into the skin or covered by a thicker skin layer, then it more towards bacterial, skin cell change, allergy, illness and alchohol poisoning.

Putting blisters aside, if you have uniform thick ugly sole on one foot and another is ok, means one has a very poor walking habit. Get a thick soft insole and put it to the one shoe with the thick skin feet. That force the body to apply more pressure to the other foot during walking. See if the skin improves after 10 days. If it improves, continue for 3 weeks till the habit is kicked.

Do not do this if you are working in profession where a fall can be likely and fatal.
