wao.. wat lens u use... i used a 70-300mm Sigma. At full 300mm i can onli catch a small plane.....

thats a 50-500 sigma lens if i'm not wrong.

i use f16 and f11 aperture modes to get the shots.
my keep ratio for this event was 30%.. sheesh.

i would prefer a slower shutter, the airliner looks like a 3d model without any motion blur

But this kind of situation, the top priority is to get the shot. Slow shutter is too risky, you may end up with blurr shots of a situation that is not repeatable.

Nice sky! Hope tomorrow will be like this too.

yeah lor... me oso using the sigma 70-300, could not register as much details and sharpness.

Har...serious! I'm aslo thinking of using my 50-500mm, what do u think, should i or should i not used the 50-500mm , i only have an 80-200mm lens which may not make it even after 1.5X of my DSLR.

Cannot tahan all the birds here liao ...

This Sunday going to shoot shoot shoot ..... seem likes bring my travel lens 24-200mm will be good enough to cover most areas in the exhibition halls.

My friends say got 4 tickets for me ...... shiok xia ...

if got 50 500mm bring lah. normal lenses need to crop a lot more.
