Default Butt hunting at Macritchie

Went butt hunting at Macritchie Reservoir yesterday. Pics taken with EOS10D, Sigma 180mm marco.

May I ask how far (distance = ? metres) were u from the subject? These creatures tend to be very shy...so I wonder with your 180mm...were u using very high resolution? Very nice butts...thanks.

Nice butts. i like the 1st one and the last one. The 6th got some camera shake. Will be better if you increase the DOF a bit more.

Exactly where you took these butts.

The branded imperial and yamfly were taken along the elevated wooden walkway near towards SICC, Lornie Rd. The rest were taken after the golf course.
Distance from subjects varies from approximately 2ft to 4 ft.

Oops, sorry, missed this one. Yes, it's a Potanthus spp. Not easy to ID the exact species from a field shot though.
