Ilford Delta 3200 development questions

Recently acquired a couple of rolls to shoot with for stagework. Does anyone do their own developing for this film? Would be interested to know some stuff from those who do, like the developers used, the timings and other combinations. Read that DD-X is the prefered developer...

Also, do any labs process this film well?
