So in order to get the 24mm like FX, i need to get a lens with shorter mm ( exp, 16 x 1.5 ) for Dx lens.

    Thanks

FX Lens or DX Lens doesn't matter, what matter is the body

whether to multiply by 1.5 or not does not depends on the lens, it depends on the body

    That would be correct

You need a 16mm DX or FX lens on a DX body, to get the same 24mm FX lens on FX body.
