Gosh... had to almost break my back to get this one.. unfortunately this is seriously cropped... will try again soon...

I love this shot! they seemed to have enough pollen on their hind legs.

No... you can be surrounded by them and they won't bother you... unless u bother them..

Amazing shots! What lens and setting you use? Pls share so I can improve on my close-up nature shots. Need to learn more from you!

Used a Nikon AFS 80-200mm F2.8 with a Canon 500D closeup filter...
It was shot at 1/60sec at F8.

There was a lot more it could be improved though and I'm going back on the 7th March to redo this shot. You are welcome to join

Very good shot Willy I agree with Avatar on the motion - love it.

Just a small nitpick, if there is any showstopper it would be the small patch of purple on the background just on the left of the flower. Otherwise it is perfect.

I fully agree... didn't notice that when I was shooting... should pay more attention next time.

This is really a wonderful shot, very eyes pleasing... Are you using tripod and flash (manual/auto) hope I'm be able to join you on 7th march... Thx for shring...

I was using a monopod... though it's very tiring, wished I had used a tripod instead..
Everything else was on manual..
