What is the best way to ship things to US? Which UPS or FEDEX or other companies is better?

Usually how much to ship to US a eg:1kg stuff?

These company tend to be expensive since you are shipping individual items. I sent a package to Taiwan, about 800gm+ cost me 13bucks. not sure if it has arrived yet. you also need to have tracking on it as well to reassure your buyers, that's going to cost you extra.
