Apart from the slight blurring (focusing problem again, maybe?), I find the people playing basketball in the background a bit distracting. Should I PS away those people?

If for every distracting element you find in your picture you PS them again, I'm sure very soon you'll give up digital photography.

Just change your position. Sometimes it's just your luck to find/not find a plain background.

Also, seems a bit underexposed? The contrast leaves much to be desired.

Didn't realise the picture looks so different on a different monitor. My monitor wasn't set properly when I edited the photo. Looks like I have to re-do it all over again.
