Default F1.8

Hi Guys,

Need some advice here on C5050Z. When using A mode and F1.8 with ESP/SPOT, somehow I noticed that the focus is not always sharp. But does not have such problems when using F3.2 to F4. Know that bigger aperture means shorter exposure time but objects beyond the focal point will not be sharp. But my picture seems rather bad, nothing seems to be focus, esp when viewed at 100%.

Question, what do u all use F1.8 for?

Tks and warmest regards,
Camedia

Although the bigger aperture can capture more light, but also it serves to make the images softer, hence the edges of the subjects are fuzzy, and not as sharp as those taken at smaller apertures.
