    Anyway cakka, i found the adapter tube on ebay here. But i dunno how the quality is haha.. i think i order first to try try.

    now considering whether to get the raynox 250 or 202.

    Just now gave a wrong info between the Raynox 250 vs 202. The Raynox 250 is 1.8x mag where the 202 is 5.5x mag.

    See that you've got ur 580EXII. Go eneloops. Can last me 2-3 shoots before I recharge.

    Btw, I was thinking of an overnight shoot on 31st Dec @ City Area (Merlion, Fullerton) to shoot the NYE Countdown Fireworks at Marina Bay Floating Platform, the party scene ard the areas then staying for the first light of 2010 with Flyer as the backdrop.

    Anyone?

    I'm okay for the fireworks shoot, and maybe for the overnight.

    I'm using eneloops too. So far, it's lasting very long.

    I use GP Recyko+.
    It is cheaper and not bad also IMHO.
    You might consider that for lower budget.
    I usually recharge them only after 2 to 3 events shot also.
