ixus III?

dear all,
i need some advice.
i have got an offer for a IXUS III brand new at $370. but i cannot seem to find this model from canon official website, or steves or dpreview. may i know the capabilities of this camera? is it worth the money?

i see IXUS II sellign at over 600 bucks, so i wonder if this is a steal. may be wrong though.
