wah...so happening in taiwan, are you going to stay there not coming back anymore?

btw, for the last two pic, may be you should make your sig even bigger and cover part of the singers, yours too easily to be cropped away

hmmm....were you the audience or as offical covering the event?

Aiyah, no lah, I just heard about this free concert and decided to go take a look. I just couldn't resist taking out my cam to shoot.... :P

I hope these shots are still okay. Let there be no one saying you can't take proper concert shots with a P&S digicam while shoving in the crowd.
Hahaha.....

Around 10m or so... a lot of the shots were taken at 1/100, f3.5 ISO 400.
Focal length is around 380mm or 10x max zoom, so they are not really sharp, but since it's not an assignment, I'm okay with it. :P

Any tweaking in colour(like brightness, contrast & so on) after you shot with your Z1. Cause the colour rendition looks really good! Metering looks spot on! Great work!

I did a custom white balance while the camera crew was doing it too, hahaha... anyway, Changes I've made are,

Just slight shift towards cyan and blue in the midtones and highlights.
And just an auto-level for the curves.

The image looks sharper than it is because I did an USM after scaling down the picture.

Actually, the output from the camera was already quite good, I mainly corrected the pictures to give them a bit more atmosphere.

Do I see some purple fringing in the first shot? Especially around the sleeves? Or am I seeing it due to the lighting?
