    Some of their styles are indeed harsh on the newcomers, heh. Not that I've received any harsh ones yet! Then again, some newcomers are just really..

    use remote strobes + umbrella or lightbox, gel or whatever you want to achieve or just tilt your cam upside down to fool the cam then strobe it at highspeed or reflector or whatever.. hehe don't know how harsh is your harsh
