Default Actual focal length for Dimage A1 lens

Hi Guys,

I heard rumours that the actual focal length for Dimage A1 lens is not 28-200mm.

Can someone advice me what's the actual size in a 35mm SLR camera format?

Confuse

Default Dont worry...

Hi K...

Dont worry too much....in fact ....the focal length is.....7.2 to 50.8mm......which is......in its 35mm equivalent (resulting in the viewing angle - like the arc of fire...) of a 28-200mm......

I have personally verified with my 28mm lens and my 200mm lens.....so
And actually i use my A1 hand in hand.....with my Slr film camera....

No need to worry about having to change lens....just use the A1 for framing and composition etc....and finish off the shoot with a Velvia!!!......woo hooo for landscape...

keep shooting and worry less about that non-equivalence rumours....
