Where to develop film to CDR?

Hello all fellow ClubSnap forumers,

Do you know of any place that offers such a service: to develop the film and transfer all images to a CDR for you. Of course, the photos on the CDR needn't be super-Hi-res
Note: That means I will receive my negatives and my CDR disc containing all my images. I do not wish to develop any prints at all.

The shop I (used) to patron used to offer developing to CDR. Images would be in 18-MB Bitmap file format, resolution approx 3 megapixel.

But when I got mine done yesterday, the ones that I got was about the equivalent of prints from a 1-megapixel camera. Each file size was around 4MB each.
And they charged me higher too <-- change of employee (I think)

SO, fellow ClubSnap forumers, please share some places to develop film -> CDR format... preferably total price for 1 roll of film should be less than S$15?

Else, I think I should start shooting slides! Cheaper right?

If you go to Colour Lab at Adelphi, they charge :

1. $9.90 per roll for 1800x1200 scans on CD, if you make prints.
2. $13.50 or so per roll if you just want CD only, no prints.
3. $12.00 per roll for preprocessed negative film.

Erm, pardon me, but what's pre-processed negative film?

Just the negatives only??

Option #2 sounds good

That means those that you've already developed (possibly somewhere) lor. I usually go for #2 for negs. With the 10% discount I get from Colour Lab (one of those membership thingies), it cost me only $12.15.
