Default How to add a fresh meaning to your profession?

Well, you may be in the profession of photography
or any other profession, in what way you can as
an individual add a fresh meaning to what you
    are doing?

Aha, thanks Sion for the quick response.
But how do photographers step out of their defined square
    to make that turn?

That defined square comprised of many areas in their
photographic profession, can you name some of the
    important ones?

I can't talk about the specific squares of photographic profession for a lack of insight in it.

But in generality of most professions, it's stepping out of comfort zone and brave enough to fail?

Aha, you can do this once in a while or once every week,
you feel dull if you do it everyday.

Now, my turn of an idea...
Have an extraordinary sensual picture framed up at the
front entrance of the office where everyone can see when
    they walk in.

Change the picture every day or every other day.
The size of the picture should be at least 16" x 20".

if you take the sqaure out, there is still a box you have taken out and the tendency is to get back into it.

You need to get life coach to help you evaluate your life goals work values, if you find yourself unmotivated at work or doing the things you are doing now. Chances are that your work is not in line with your core belief system and your life goals.

Profile what you are doing now first. Ask yourself what is the fresh meaning you are referring (feeling). This is the hard part. What appears to be in your vision may not be what it seems.
Are you comparing same profession or across. Because you must be willing to live their profession lifestyle for some.

Switch job or dept. If you are running yr business, do a major renovation. Take up a 1-2 years part time certificate course. That would lock some attention away and give u confidence.

Don't just sit there, take up some sports and not photography.

Just remember that if you want to make changes to your profession workscope, you MUST be willing to change and do more. The same thing done by different group of people has different outcome and feel.

However, everyone has it ups and downs period. So what u are feeling now may not be accurate such as holiday season blues. Give it sometime 3 months more and see if that it is consistent. Time will show everything.
