    What in my mind is that i wanted to get a zoom lens but w/o bring so many lens to travel. I came across this Tamron 18-270mm, The focus length is 3.5-6.3 and is the same as my kits lens on D90, I might getting it to replace my kits lens. First I wish I can try it then consider to buy.....
    IQ = Image quality.

    "The focus length is 3.5-6.3" = NO!!! That's the aperture range, not the focal range. Please do a little homework and read up on the basics.

    HAhaha...my bad type wrongly, is aperture range, I mean for a 18-270mm Focus length is cover a tele range that I need. As for IQ , wish i can try out the lens first, to reconsider the buy.

    Do you often shoot at focal lengths longer than 105mm?
    What kind of photographs would you use such long focal lengths for?

    If you really need tele, how about getting the Nikkor 70-300VR and pairing it with your 18-105?
    Exploring! :)

    so if compare to canon 18mm-200mm...which is better?? and sigma got hsm which is the advantage over tamron and canon..but in term of IQ ... which is better???
    i am thinking of getting one since the pricing is still reasonable for the three..
