Wait for a couple of months, I'm bugging Tithes Marketing to bring in the Tamron SP 28-75 F2.8.

If the price is the same as the Canon or Nikon version, it should only be about $6++.

if you do not need the extra 10mm, I suggest you get the 28-70 instead. A few hundred cheaper .

Default Tokina lens exchanged to Dimage A1

Hi Madgod,

Thanks for your comment. Anyway, i've exchanged it with CP & topped up $ to purchase a Dimage A1 two days ago.

The price which i bought total is at S$1500 (include 5% GST liao). I gave up the Tokina lens because my relatives advice me to keep using my Tamron 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 AF lens.

This A1 really power man, very useful. Just work like a Film camera. Images taken very sharp though. But i'm a Novice photographer only, just started photography only 3 weeks back, still a lot of function dunno how to use

Regards

You got funny relatives leh ..... 28-300???? is better then Tokina 28-80? I cannot seems to get the rational behind .

Anyway, Minolta A1 is really a very good camera, it's output will definately be better then your 28-300 lens .

Hi Blurblock,

Thanks for your comment. My relative told me that with my Flash unit < 3600HS (D) > , it'll still be able to produce a great photos (even the aperture is lousy, 3.5-6.3).

By the way, what camera are u using now? I owned a Dynax 505si Super (Film Camera) & Dimage A1 now

Regards
