Default Film convert to digital format, anyone know where?

    Hi,

Does anyone here often convert their film pictures into digital format for computers?

If yes, where can you convert quality digital pictures?

    Thanks in advance!

    you need a film scanner

most labs offer scanning services, the higher the quality, the more expensive it will cost you.

I've bought a film scanner. Scan and archive into DVDs.

If you are doing a lot and have spare time, the cost of a decent scanner is acceptable.
As others say, better scanning = high cost.

Unless you go to a reputable pre-press house to get it drum or Imacon scanned, it seems like your best bet is personal services.

Starvingjack here on CS offers both developing and hi-res scanning services.

Commercial scanning services seems like got a lot of complaints, even expensive ones.
