it is really depends how much you want.

If you enjoy shooting, money wont be a problem. but if it is your rice bow, then you have to think how much rice you are going to eat... hope you understand what am i saying. ha ha

    Hello,

The professional photographers usually go by the hour. Professional rates are about 100-200/hr while part timers and new guys might go for 50-100/hr. Delivery in CD-R with contactsheets or photos in high resolution TIFFs and web resolution JPGs.

Some of the clubsnappers who are starting out advertise for 15/hr.

Pricing is pretty much all over.

There are no standards, you have to check with your clients what they need to be delivered.

its not what you want to deliver, but what the client wants at the end of the day! ask the client what format and medium they want the pictures in, and quote accordingly.

not what you want to sell, but what the client wants to buy

Most client would be happy to have them in a DVD. For me I add a picture on the DVD itself. etc..

Yeah pricing its a personal thing so wont comment.

Dont forget to let them know if they would be expecting edited or non edited pics.

    Cheers,
