Default manado pictures

Hi everyone,

So, after a very long delay, I finally got my manado pictures up. This trip was end of november, early december last year, shot with my 10D in the Lembeh strait. The macro life there is excellent, I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to manado. We shot 2-3 gig worth of photos on one trip.

These pics are mostly shot with the 10D and a 100mm macro lens. Strobes are the YS90DX and the SB105.

A tip from someone at manado: when you come to shoot the pygmy, don't just fire away and hope that you got a good shot. Spend the time to compose and fire when you are satisfied with the shot in the viewfinder or LCD, the pygmies seem to not like the flash and will turn away when they are going off, making for a not so good pic. Also, next time, they may be gone if they find they are being flashed too much in one coral.

I'll upload natasha 5050 pictures in another batch.

Photosmart, don't worry, we'll all be starting again from scratch for the upcoming competition. I assume you are talking about the digital download in april?
