    Anyone know what price range I'll be looking at if I wanna purchase the basic Spyder Moniter Calibration in S'pore?...I'm trying to see if its cheaper getting it from the States...

    I believe the non pro Spyder (with Photocal) is S$300. You'll pay USD149 + approx USD50 shipping if you buy from US. So it's cheaper to buy in Singapore.

    so wats the diff between pro and non pro?
    also anyone knows how this compares with one offered by the eye-one brand?

    relating to this subject on the spyder:

    how will it affect the color rendition of the print if you send it to the photo printing shop? Will the prints come out alright?

    I know the spyder works fine if the prints are sent direct to your home inkjet printers, but has anyone sent prints to the shop? Is it WYSIWYG?

    I believe to get very accurate prints from those photolabs you might need to use the ICC profiles of the printer of those photolabs if I'm not wrong...

    here's a previous post that I think have a copy of the ICC profiles for some of the commercial printers...might be outdated...heh..so use them at your own risk hor...
