    Question Sungai Buloh

Just watched CNA news that it's a place for migrating wild birds to rest and "refuel" before they are off to Indonesia and Australia.

How to get there? I assumed it's a public park.

    Thanks in advance.

Here's the link to how you could get there: http://www.sbwr.org.sg/public/info_getthere.php

Hope these information would help you out! Cheers!!

Anyway, admission is free on weekdays. They charge a reasonable $1 for weekends.

Direct bus 925 only operates on sundays and public holidays.

I personally like to go there on weekdays, for the 10 to 15 minutes walk from Kranji to SBWR is quite a refreshing experience to me anyway!!

I don't mind going. Though I have no camera with me right now! Haa~!

Oh! Forgot to mention this: if you wanted to go there during non-operational days of 925 (i,e, anyday but sunday and pub hol), you may wanna walk to SBWR via the new kranji extension (opened in Oct 2003). It's a stony walkway that runs parallel to the sea. If your timing is good (i.e. you are able to handle the tide timing well), you may see large exposed sandy and mud flats. Those are some of the excellent places to catch birds feeding!

Even if you don't manage to shoot any birds, you could still get a clear view of JB!!
