Default Any DiMAGE S414 user here?

Wonder anyone using Dimage S414?
I'm thinking of getting it as i'm a newbie to photography, and just need some
manual control for me to play and learn from it.
I like the CF and AA battery. And it fits my budget. If i'm not wrong its selling for $599 with freebies now.

Any S414 user out there who can give me some feedback?
I have browse through some of the websites reviews.Just hope someone can provide more advice

Now, this is a good camera, the former model is S304 which is 3.2 mega. this camera has "APO" lens and control is not bad, but the tink i don't like is the zooming switch and the LCD is not so sharp.
