Should I get this scanner?

Hi all, I was surfing eBay Australia and came across this film scanner.

I can get it for AUD$72 but I'm not sure if I should.. I'm not looking to have fantastic scans so I wonder if the specs of this scanner is reasonable for scanning negs. Any opinions would be great!

ya... saw alot of portable film scanner on ebay.... just donno what the outcome will be for the scanning.

anybody saw or used it before? thinking of getting it......
