shot last week. the crowd wasn't really that bad.
![]() ![]() What's not shown in this picture is that he's had one of his limbs amputated. While we are celebrating the festive occasion and thinking of all the goodies that we are going to get, we should also spare a thought for the less fortunate people around us. ![]() This lady was biting onto a piece of cookie and packing the cookies into a container while I was waiting for her to turn around and capture her expression. Not what you would call a flattering shot but it's just one of the candids. ![]() Spotted this shih-tzu being carried around by his owner amidst the hustle and bustle of the extremely crowded Smith Street. It was nearly evening time to at least it's better than the day where the heat would have made it unbearable for this lil' guy. The owner was aware that I was pointing my camera at them and was nice enough to even get the dog to "pose" for me. ![]() ![]() The giant statue of the God of Fortune located outside Chinatown food centre cum wet market. This was the banner that he was holding. A timely reminder, "Xin Nian Kuai Le". That is to be happy in this Chinese New Year! Wishing you guys a happy Chinese New Year! |
