    Maybe but that's two and a half years later that I finished uni. Two and a half years after my female classmates before NS graduated. Two and a half years delay on starting my career.

    well, time will give them a tough reality check when they start their working career, cause either they can shape up or they can ship out especially when companies have cheaper alternatives now like FTs.
