Default R1800 can't print thicker paper, why?

Need help, why my R1800 only can print normal paper?
When I put in Epson Glossy, Ultra Glossy the papper jam. Try othe tray also cannot, Try from the rear insert also cannot? Should I bring to Epson Ctr?

TIA for the advice..

hi it could be due to the roller feeder is worn out .

ditto. i remember there used to be a special roller cleaner sheet that's like normal paper but with a slightly sticky surface on one side. not sure if it's available nowadays.

Oh.. wow.. need to replace... plus labour dam... Epson I tought it's a reputable brand..

Oh.. anyone know where to get this? It's worth a try before sending to Epson.. I had the experience with the SC, they will just ask you to replace..
