South Asia in Funan may have it as will some shops in SLS too.
For HV, Courts and Best, call them to check as their stocking is inconsistent but they all charge recommended retail pricing though.

Was at Compass Point Best just now. They had stocks of the V30 and V300 but no V500.
They do have 3 sets of the new high end V700 (at $914!!!)

There's no more V500, the new model is V600 for around S$415-S$430 at SLS.
I just ask the shop at 5th floor (this evening) about the differences, they say V600 is faster than V500 with the same quality.

Anyone tried before?

I jus bought myself a V600 at funan today.
take a quick scan with pro mode.
i chose some old colour negative film which previously developed and scanned by lab.
but then the result delivered by V600 is disappointed compare with lab scan.
i didn't do much settin on scan, nor tone, curve & histogram adjustment. just purely load the film and scan. the result is dull and colour not so attractive compare with lab scanned.

wonderin any epson scanner user facin this prob b4? any default adjustment to be done b4 scan? either negative or positive film, also cross processed film.
hope that someone could enlighten me. thanks.
