the angle is ok..coz straight eye level i nthe face => brings forth the sense of directness in the order given to refuse to allow fishing

but the fish too small

Might be interesting to include a "no fishing sign" or a policeman looking at the old man...

Well, i guess one needs to understand how street photography works.. in the sense that these are "moments" and the way the situation occurs doesn't allow alot of lee way for addition elements to be included, especially since these "moments" are spontaneous.

I personally like the expression captured, as well as the way his eyes are revealed with his shades slipping down his nose...

Can't see no finishing rod or anything. How did he get those fishes? The picture leaves too much for guessing to me, so much that the title doesn't fits in so easily tt I can understand it.

But it's a interesting pic by itself, the old man, his pose and the fish.

Well, the title was actually highly contrived, based on his comical expression. Of course you can fish at the jetty. He was actually telling the bystander how good the fish were to eat.

Yes, i love the expression on the old man's face, like this photo better than the 3 ladies in wheelchair. Agree with Wolf, there might be no time for to perfect or compose a shot for expressions like that.
