Unlikely to get locally, i've asked all the shops when i had my rolleiflex. Your best bet is still ebay.

If you don't mind using third-party one, you can order HOYA ones from Ruby (cheap, useable but ugly). If you must have the best quality, order B+W Bay III from CP, expensive and long waiting time.
If you must have original Rollei Bay III UV/SL filter, yes, get from eBay but it may not be cheap after adding shipping. (else, IF you know your truly, then you can get it for friendship price of course )YOL |

You can try Seng Cheong. I got bay 1 (coloured filter) from them. I seen bay 2 as well, probably they also have bay 3.
