    Default DBS iBanking

Need a bit of help here. Don't know if anyone had trouble accessing the DBS iBanking site, as it was loading very slowly for the past 2 nights for me, and I could hardly access it.

At about 11pm last night, when the site was finally loading normal for me, I did a fund transfer to another POSB payee. Yes, the amount was deducted from my account balance. However, the transaction isn't reflected in the list of transactions until now, on my side as well as the payee's.

Does anyone experience this before? Is DBS still having problems?

Last night I had the same issue as you, but this morning did my iBanking, it was back to normal. Didn't access it after that, so couldn't tell beyond 7am.

I had problems with it this morning. Tried to transfer $$ to pay bills & money to my mother but it just hung there.

Tried about 11am, back to normal.

Yes it's normal now, but why isn't the transaction reflected on both sides of our transaction history?

Yes, for a moment it says 'service unavailable'. I tried again, a bit slow, hangs a bit but it's okay now, i did my payment and transfers and it's all reflected in the account summary.

I think sometimes it takes a while to reflect on the transaction history. I had the same experience in the past too. Only show up the next day.

Hmm, but more than 12 hours seems unusually long, especially when the payee is using POSB too. I've contacted DBS about it, awaiting their response.

If using Singnet, try turning on or off proxies.
