Looking For Live Video Feed For Event

Looking for someone to provide a live video feed for an event in hotel ballroom on 23 Oct, 7PM - 11PM. Needs to supply camera/tripod and long video cable to connect to projector input.

The job involves following the stage action for projection on large screen, and also to provide video recording of the action in original format (raw footage). There will be ample breaks in the activities to be recorded, so it is not necessary to record 4 hours continuously. No video editing required.
