Cine Film copy service

Anyone has contacts for copying of cine film? 35mm...

Hi,
I come from Bulgaria (Europe) and have contacts in film labs.
How long is the film stock (meters / time / weight in kg), Black & White or Colour, what type (camera negative or projection positive), what brand and index, how old, how it has been preserved (humidity, temperature, cans), what type of perforation (if known), is there any optical soundtrack(s) on it - mono/stereo/dolby, are there too many scratches or emulsion decay, are there any sync marks... Can the filmstock be sent by courier, post? Is it considered urgent or not?
... Because I'm sure your next question could be about the price...
