Pentax *ist D Any good ?

Was viewing Equipment Discussion thread and noticed that they are no mentioning of Pentax ist D DSLR.

Would like to know if it is any good compare to D100 or 10D ? How would the price for the lens as compare to Nikon and Canon ?

Please advise.
