Default correcting high iso graininess

I took some indoor sports pictures with my DC at ISO400
turns out the photos were quite grainy and yet not very bright cos I had to use high shuttle speed. Are there any means I can make it less grainy with photoshop? I know there is a PS action which I can purchase and helps to improve the photo but I'm sure that I don't need to purchase it to be able to do it.

click on information and then "dealing with noise"

there is a free PS action, and a couple of sharewares. Try the Quantum Mechanics Pro, and if you like it, PM me.
