Thread: kenko 1.4x pro300 teleconverter

    Default kenko 1.4x pro300 teleconverter

Just bought a Tamron 200-500mm lens. Very curious why kenko 1.4x is a fit all teleconverter when the tamron lens needs a 86mm filter.

mmm...the teleconvertor fits to the rear of the lens.

It's not those cheapo-crappy teleconvertors built for point-and-shoots that fits to the front of the lens

The reviews on the converter quite positive.
However, it will reduce the light intake by about 1 stop.
Seems it may not be suitable for your tele lens which starts from f5.
Better to conduct a search via google to confirm on that before making your decision
