Default Macro photorgraphy - cheaper way

Which method can deliver better quality, magnification factor, and ease of use:
Macro extension tube, macro reverse adapter, or male to male coupling ring?

Best is still a dedicated macro lens. Maybe should consider saving up, maybe the Tamron 90mm macro? Very good performance , but not as expensive as the Canon or Nikon macros
