i just went to buy my food...

i got ripped off! the guy give me many many sauces in my Naan.. i say, i want plain one.. he say, no no no, today got special sauce discount, then throw in satay sauce, peanut sauce, yoghurt sauce, lemon sauce, curry sauce..

i come home and lao sai.. then i read the guide on ClubSauce, omg la, the listing there puts the sauces around 0.20 cents each.. he add one sauce charge me $2.. then say is premium sauce, a lot of people like to add...

do you know if i should go back to the stall and try to get back my money?

i have kept the products of the food and my stomach interacting in a plastic bag. i think i will go in there and bang table with the plastic bag.

i do not know that there is Hor fun in this kopitiam.

but i heard that you can buy big big plates of food from this stall called Mosima.. and Leap...

but wow, quite expensive. the utensils that come along also not very impressive.. cannot shove at people..

No!! You should go to ClubSauce first and tell all the chefs and cooks what happened to you!

but my wifey say it quite good, like very addictive.

Yes, you're right. One time I went to this restaurant, the arty-farty chef brought out a dish for me with one stalk of kang kong and some messed up sauce served on a piece of huge white plate.

I asked him what's the dish, I don't understand the ingredients used, he told me "this is art"

Although I tasted the dish like not nice at all, I still say it's delicious cause I scared my other colleagues say I don't understand art food.

You guys crack me up. (Great for ending a dreary week at work.)

However, before all the newbies get discouraged and decide NOT to eat from this kopitiam at all, maybe we should just take time to re-arrange the guides at ClubSauce (again). It is really daunting searching through hundreds of pages of threads, especially when as a newbie, you don't know how to narrow the search terms to get the results you want. Plus, not all of the guides are updated.

Expecting to be spoon-feed is bad, but having to read through tons of information (from Google or here) without direction is also

I'll be ill in the stomach and the pocket if I have to eat ALL those. But it is entertaining a read. LOL
